MLP have successfully secured planning permission for the ‘replacement of an existing bungalow with a 2-storey dwellinghouse’.
The permission followed a previous certificate of lawfulness application for the ‘erection of a dwellinghouse without planning permission’. The outcome of this application was successful and the evidence provided was sufficient in demonstrating that the development was lawful and no enforcement action may be taken against it.
The replacement dwelling allows for the improvement of the current site, making more effective use of the land. The dwelling proposes a 2-storey dwellinghouse, comprising a kitchen/diner, living room, and cloak at ground floor level, with 4no bedrooms, a main bathroom, and en-suite at first floor level. Externally, the dwellinghouse proposes Michelmersch facing brickwork and clay plain roof tiles to match that of the existing bungalow with added details for character.
Tuttle Architectural Services provided the drawings for the application.
