Communities and Engagement

We can provide independent advice and support to help you run the neighbourhood planning process efficiently. We can assist from inception, or reinvigorating a paused plan. We can guide you through engagement, plan preparation, examination, referendum and thereafter a review and modification of the Neighbourhood Plan.

Our services are wide-ranging, including technical support to communities on complex issues such as Local Housing Needs Assessment, site selection, Strategic Environmental Assessment, and how best to engage with communities.

We expect to tailor our services, and provide bespoke advice, project management and evidence depending on your needs as we recognise every neighbourhood plan is different.

Our experienced Planning Team are well-located to support communities throughout southern and central England and leading your community engagement. Please contact us for further information.

Your planning application or emerging plan will benefit from effective community and stakeholder engagement. We support our clients across a wide range of engagement activities:

We can support opportunities to bring forward rural exception sites by working proactively with landowners and potential delivery partners such as parish councils, registered providers and community land trusts.
