The Steeple Ashton Neighbourhood Plan was approved by the Parish Council in December and submitted to Wiltshire Council. The progression of the neighbourhood plan follows a successful Regulation 14 Pre-Submission consultation throughout the Autumn, which has resulted in amendments to the draft policies. The neighbourhood plan will now be checked by Wiltshire Council to ensure that it meets the legal requirements, before a further public consultation and then independent examination before a referendum.
Master Land and Planning were instructed by the Parish Council three years ago to launch the neighbourhood plan and have provided consultancy support and the final draft plan.
