Master Land and Planning Ltd have successfully secured householder planning permission for the ‘Proposed new driveway access and garage’ at an existing dwelling in Brimpton, West Berkshire.
The proposed garage seeks to replace an existing greenhouse to the rear of the existing property, making provision for a 3-bay garage at ground floor level to and a home office at first floor level within the roof space. The additional access is proposed to improve visibility along the road for the manoeuvring of the owners motorhome.
Tuttle Architectural Services provided the drawings for the application, presenting the garage constructed with horizontal oak cladding with a red brick plinth and a red plain clay tiled roof.
